In the event of any discrepancy between the French and English versions of this document, the French version shall prevail.
This page sets out the point of contact and the notice procedure provided for by Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 on digital services (DSA) for Switch Compagnie services that store content provided by third parties: website hosting, cloud, colocation, e-mail, and file-sharing services offered by the association.
1. Single point of contact
Authorities and users can contact us at contact@switchcompagnie.eu (Articles 11 and 12 DSA). Accepted languages: French and English.
2. Content of a notice
To be handled effectively (Article 16 DSA), a notice sent to contact@switchcompagnie.eu should contain:
- - a sufficiently substantiated explanation of why the content is considered illegal;
- - the exact URL or any information enabling the content to be located;
- - the name and e-mail address of the person submitting the notice, except for offences relating to child sexual abuse;
- - a statement confirming that the person submitting the notice believes in good faith that the information provided is accurate and complete.
3. Handling
We acknowledge receipt of the notice, examine it diligently and objectively, then inform the notifier of the decision taken. If content is removed or a service restricted, the user concerned receives a statement of reasons (Article 17 DSA). They may contest the decision by replying to that message; they retain in any event the right to bring the matter before the competent court.
For the most serious content (terrorism, child sexual abuse, incitement to hatred), you can also report it on the official PHAROS platform.
