1. Purpose

These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the switchcompagnie.eu website and its online areas. Paid services are governed by the general terms of sale and services and, where applicable, by the accepted quote or specific contract, which prevail in the event of conflict. The site is accessible free of charge to any user with Internet access. Switch Compagnie reserves the right to interrupt or modify access to the site without notice for maintenance or any other reason.

4. User account

Some services require creating an account, directly or through a sign-in provider (GitHub, Discord, X, Google). Users provide accurate information and keep it up to date. They are responsible for keeping their credentials confidential and for any use of their account; they inform Switch Compagnie without delay of any unauthorised use at contact@switchcompagnie.eu. Users may request deletion of their account at any time at contact@switchcompagnie.eu. After 2 years without authenticated activity, the account is deactivated under the conditions described in the privacy policy.

5. Content published by users

Users remain responsible for the content they submit (tickets, attachments, reviews, files). They warrant that they hold the necessary rights and refrain from any content that is illegal, abusive, infringes third-party rights or contains third parties' personal data without authorisation. Reviews are moderated according to the rules displayed on the Reviews page. Any illegal content can be reported using the procedure on the “Report illegal content” page.

6. Acceptable use and suspension

It is prohibited to use the website and services to send unsolicited communications, compromise the security of systems, circumvent protection measures or disrupt the operation of the infrastructure. In the event of a serious breach or manifestly illegal content, Switch Compagnie may suspend access to the account or service concerned, after informing the user and giving reasons, except in an emergency or where required by law.

Users' personal data is processed in accordance with the privacy policy.

8. Changes to the Terms of Use

Switch Compagnie may amend these Terms of Use. The applicable version is the one published on the website on the date of use; in the event of a substantial change, account holders are informed by e-mail or in their account area.

The website and all its elements are governed by French and international copyright and intellectual property law. They are the property of Switch Compagnie or its partners. Any reproduction without prior written permission is prohibited, subject to the licences specific to free tools and software mentioned where applicable.

10. Liability

Switch Compagnie endeavours to provide accurate information and keep the website available. Information may contain omissions or be temporarily unavailable. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law.

The site may contain links to other sites. Switch Compagnie assumes no responsibility for the content of these sites.

12. Cookies

The website does not currently include any audience measurement or advertising tool. It only sets strictly necessary cookies (session and form protection) and uses the browser's local storage to remember that the information notice was closed. Third-party resources and the related processing are described in our privacy policy.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by French law. The competent court is determined by applicable law, including mandatory consumer-protection rules.
