Billing
- No minimum commitment.

- Taking over an existing website: initial review free of charge.
Our commitments, honestly
Switch Compagnie is a non-profit association (loi 1901) that trains supervised interns. You can open a ticket at any time from your client area; we handle requests Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays), within the timeframes of your plan. We do not offer on-call service at night or at weekends.

Frequently asked questions
My website is with another host, is that possible?
Yes. We run a free review and move it to T-Tron. If the website has already been hacked or is far behind on updates, the clean-up is quoted separately.
Where is my data?
On the association's T-Tron servers, in France. A GDPR data processing agreement (DPA) applies; our data protection contact is Sulivan MICHEL.
How do I cancel?
By email to contact@switchcompagnie.eu or from your client area, under our terms and conditions. You can get a copy of your website and your data.
